Extrusion / Recycling Machine Operator (Swing Shift)

We are hiring a Machine Operator to support a plastics recycling and extrusion operation. This is a direct‑hire role with strong long‑term stability, competitive pay, and excellent benefits, including 80% of employee benefits covered by the company .

This role is well‑suited for candidates with experience in manufacturing, extrusion, plastics, film, compounding, or heavy industrial equipment , but training is available for mechanically inclined operators.

• Swing Shift – Rotating Every 2 Weeks
  • 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• 2‑2‑3 schedule (every other weekend off)
• $20.50 per hour
• Direct hire from day one

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery used in plastics recycling and extrusion
• Start up, adjust, and shut down equipment as needed
• Monitor material flow, temperatures, and process conditions
• Inspect product and make adjustments to maintain quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and communicate issues to the team
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Previous experience as a machine operator, extruder operator, line operator, or manufacturing technician preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour swing shifts
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a production environment and follow safety standards

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $43000.00/yr.
