Client Representative

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Client Representative at Burn Boot Camp. We are a leader in Women’s Fitness. As a Client Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. This position requires a rotation of two early mornings shifts per week (beginning at 4:30am) and a rotation of 2 afternoon shifts per week 3pm- 7pm and a Saturday morning rotation.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address inquiries promptly
- Be responsive to email and text communications
- Collaborate with the sales and Training team to identify opportunities for cross-selling products/services
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Loop Spark for interactions and manage client communication efficiently (This will be taught)

-Be efficient with Mindbody Software (This will be taught)
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of growth
- Manage key accounts through effective account management strategies to foster long-term relationships
- Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role or similar position
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients professionally and build rapport
- Proficiency in project management to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of sales techniques to support business development efforts
- Demonstrated ability in account management to retain and grow client accounts
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building
