We offer tremendous opportunities for growth and advancement. Currently, we are seeking an Inventory Assistant to support our Engineering and Manufacturing Teams.

General Characteristics:

The Inventory Assistant is responsible for maintaining and updating inventory records, checking stock levels, receiving deliveries, answering customer inquiries and complaints, reporting any stock discrepancies to management and moving stock.

Primary Duties include:

• Ensure inventory is accounted for and managed.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Communicate inventory needs to relevant departments.
• Ensure that all items are stored and stocked in their proper place.
• Manage inventory by stocking and cataloging products.
• Update inventory count and maintain inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders.
• Report discrepancies in inventory that indicate theft, such as too little inventory at last count.
• Ability to use inventory computer programs and systems to update counts on spreadsheets.

Experience/Skills:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Ability to perform accurate and efficient date entry into system
• Knowledge and experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Physical Requirements:

• Requires constant pushing, pulling, standing, reaching, grasping, bending, and stooping
