We are seeking a full-time Physician Associate (PA-C)/Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our growing team and develop deep expertise in sinus and allergy care within a collaborative ENT setting.

Training & Onboarding

This is a full-time, permanent role with a structured 3–6 month clinical immersion program.

Upon hire, training will begin immediately in Florence, AL , five days per week, to ensure strong clinical foundation, procedural confidence, and alignment with our care model.

Following completion of onboarding, the primary practice location will be Huntsville , with periodic support at other clinic locations as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sinus and allergy-focused care

• Evaluate and manage chronic sinusitis, nasal obstruction, allergic rhinitis, and related ENT conditions

• Perform in-office procedures including nasal endoscopy, flexible laryngoscopy, and minor therapeutic interventions

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on efficient relief and long-term outcomes

• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing, imaging, and labs

• Educate patients clearly and confidently about their condition and care pathway

• Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership

• Participate in non-ER call coverage with supervising physician

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

• Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
