Role Snapshot
- Operate and set up CNC mills per specifications and engineering drawings.
- Track machine performance, verify dimensions, and optimize run efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and resolve common machine issues.
- Interpret technical drawings/schematics and apply them to production.
- Conduct inspections to confirm parts meet quality standards.
- Collaborate to improve workflows and production outcomes.
- Keep the workspace orderly and safe.
Bring Your
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNC certification/technical degree preferred).
- Experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining capacity.
- Working knowledge of CNC machinery and basic programming concepts.
- Blueprint literacy and comfort with technical documents.
- Detail orientation and practical problem-solving abilities.
- Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and a positive approach.
