SolarpROOFit Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Manager/Team Leader to help grow our sales team. This position includes a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and leadership bonuses , giving you the opportunity to earn a six-figure income while building and leading a successful team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and close residential roofing sales
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Help expand SolarpROOFit Roofing throughout the Montgomery area
Qualifications:
- Sales experience required (roofing preferred)
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
