Location: El Paso, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Hospital Housekeeping

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of patient rooms, corridors, restrooms, and common areas using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
• Handle chemical agents safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning.
• Follow proper sanitation practices to support infection prevention protocols.
• Use safe manual‐handling techniques for lifting supplies, furniture, or equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness through trash removal, surface disinfection, and restocking supplies.
• Document completed tasks and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  Cleaning Duties

Requirements

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual‐handling tasks safely.
• Familiarity with hospital sanitation standards and infection‐prevention measures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
