Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Client Service: Deliver outstanding support to our clients, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Use your electro-mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair devices, performing both on-site and remote installations and repairs of direct-to-object digital equipment.
- Hands-On Training: Train customers on the proper use, maintenance, and digital file preparation for their equipment.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Effectively communicate and gather data to identify, analyze, and resolve service requirements. Document and communicate solutions clearly through reports and verbal updates.
- Field and Remote Support: Provide on-site service and remote troubleshooting as needed, managing your travel and territory efficiently.
- Detailed Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely reporting logs for service activities and billing.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer-Centric Attitude: Strong skills in customer relations and communication, with a genuine desire to help and educate clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Eagerness to learn and engage with the latest print production technologies. Experience in servicing inkjet printing or similar equipment is a plus.
- Independent and Team Player: Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Detail-Oriented: Good color vision and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality service and maintenance.
- Flexible and Adventurous: Willingness to travel frequently, including globally, as required.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Electro-Mechanical Proficiency: Experience in roles such as HVAC technician, electrician, automotive mechanic, or military roles with electro-mechanical skills.
- Digital Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and other video conferencing tools. Knowledge of workflow processing is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record included in background check).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen verified by eVerify.
