Key Responsibilities
- Receive epic/feature assignments and partner with Product Owners, BAs, and technical leads to refine requirements
- Collaborate with Solution Domain Lead architects and integration teams to develop solution artifacts
- Leverage architecture patterns and create new ones for innovative solutions
- Present solution sketches to stakeholders including SS architect team, infrastructure SMEs, and business leaders
- Continuously build business and systems subject matter expertise
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Architectural/technical experience with ServiceNow
- Deep expertise with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and cloud/SaaS systems integration
- Experience designing REST APIs and Kafka-based messaging/streaming systems
- Strong RDBMS/NoSQL experience (MongoDB) with data patterns knowledge
- Proven design/development of complex systems using Agile methodologies
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, distributed computing, and modern frameworks
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills
Desired Skills
- Contact Center expertise (Salesforce, Five9)
- SAFe Software Development Principles and CI/CD/DevOps experience
- Distributed caching solutions and large-scale systems experience
