Position Overview
The Remote Executive Assistant will serve as a strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — it requires strong project coordination, operational awareness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Screen and manage email communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Coordinate projects and track deadlines across departments
- Organize digital files and maintain internal systems
- Conduct research and compile data for business decisions
- Assist with vendor communication and relationship management
- Support operational initiatives and special projects
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.) preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership or founders
- Background in operations, business administration, or project coordination
- Process improvement mindset
- Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems
