Responsibilities: • Coach and teach contracts • Teach database and COI marketing • Command training • Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients • Mentor appointments • Weekly accountability with agents • Help negotiate contracts • Ability to teach sales script mastery • Serve as point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email • Gather client information and understand their real estate needs • Coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours • Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey • Support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed Qualifications: • Licensed • High-performance mindset with a strong desire to grow quickly • Competitive and driven to achieve results • Thrives in a team environment that values accountability and support • Reliable transportation and current driver’s license • Commission-based with opportunities for bonus incentives About Company: Our mission is to empower real estate agents by providing them with the resources, expert guidance, and innovative technology they need to thrive in a competitive industry.
