- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen execution, front-of-house service, dining room flow, and catering, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to consistently uphold company standards for food quality and hospitality.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety while ensuring full compliance with all local and federal regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, waste control, and vendor relationships to drive efficiency and maintain product quality.
- Utilize point-of-sale and scheduling systems to monitor performance, track sales trends, and support effective team operations.
- Engage with guests regularly—welcoming feedback, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships through genuine hospitality.
- Act as a leader within the local community, helping to build brand awareness and foster meaningful connections.
