Summary:

The 3M Specialist will manage 3M programs, marketing materials, and sales reporting while identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. They will support implementations, prepare quotes, and provide product support to sales teams and customers.

• Manage programs: Pioneer and Rebate Program within 3M structure.
• Manage samples and marketing materials Manage 3M reporting back to sales management
• Analyze targeted customer base for potential 3M sales or conversions
• Provide support for implementations
• Work within integrated sourcing team environment
• Outbound call current and potential 3M opportunities Analyze 3M product lines and evaluate their profit potential.
• Working with Integrated Sourcing Team to identify 3M opportunities.
• Manage sample and marketing materials.
• Outbound calling to current and potential 3M opportunities.
• Knowledge of Mechanical or Industrial Products.
• Preparation of Quotes using Infor CSD Software and Excel
• Entering Orders and following up with customer and Outside Sales Representative
• Industrial Supply Product knowledge to best support Outside Sales and Customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Participate in all 3M required training at 3M Headquarters
• Customer Service Skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Excellent Communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate Excel and Word Skills
• Experience using Infor CSD Preferred
