District Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multiple restaurant teams to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive culture
• Build a guest-focused hospitality mindset where every customer feels like family
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned locations
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing General Managers and leadership teams
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, labor costs, and inventory controls
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance improvement plans
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, team engagement, and retention
• Maintain consistent communication and accountability across all restaurants

District Manager Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience as a District Manager / Area Manager overseeing 5+ locations
• Proven ability to build strong teams and a positive performance culture
• Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, budgeting, and Profit & Loss management
• Current Food Safety / Sanitation Certification
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
