Job DescriptionAs a Client Advisory Manager , you will be the cornerstone of our client-centric approach, dedicated to nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base. You will understand evolving client needs, ensure satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities for growth. Beyond managing accounts, you will serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and fostering a collaborative partnership. Your contributions will help maintain high client satisfaction, cultivate long-term relationships, and drive the continued success and expansion of our firm.
Responsibilities- Account Management
- Develop and implement account plans to strategically manage and grow client portfolios.
- Monitor client engagements to ensure quality service delivery and client expectations are met.
- Client Retention and Satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Client Growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients based on evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to introduce clients to new offerings and value-added services.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams (financial operations, tax, and firm administration) to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Client Advocacy
- Act as a client advocate within the firm, providing insights to improve client satisfaction and address challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in client management or related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial services.
- Tax planning experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn new accounting and tax systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on client success.
