Compensation: $85,000$105,000 per year (Draw Pay + Commission + Bonuses)
Schedule: MondayFriday (occasional weekends as needed)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Independent Contractor

As a Sales Representative & Trainer , you'll combine relationship-building and leadership to make a lasting impact. You'll work directly with clients to provide coverage solutions while also coaching and developing new team members to achieve success.

This is a mission-driven, people-centered role where your discipline, communication skills, and mentorship can transform lives including your own.

• Train, coach, and mentor new sales representatives
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners
  

• Conduct individual and group presentations (from 1100+ attendees)
  

• Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and goals with professionalism
  

• Collaborate with leadership to drive team growth and success
  

• Build a personal book of business while ensuring client satisfaction
  

• Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship for both you and your team
  

• Weekly draw pay , plus commissions, bonuses, and incentive programs
