As the front desk scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and responsible for managing appointments, greeting guests, and ensuring a smooth check-in/out process. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and perform reception duties
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book
• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Proficient in computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software

About Zoom to Groom/Grove Bark Inn

Zoom to Groom is a mobile pet grooming company in and Grove Bark Inn is a premier pet grooming, daycamp and boarding facility located in Auburn, AL. Our mission is to provide top-quality care for pets in a safe and loving environment. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the happiness and well-being of every pet that comes through our doors or in the vans. Join us in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners!

While our main focus is hiring for the Zoom to Groom front desk position, there will be a gradual transition to include Grove Bark Inn responsibilities as well. Our hours for Zoom to Groom are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with rotating weekend shifts and availability required around holidays (though not on the holiday itself). Please note that Grove Bark Inn hours may differ, as it is a separate service under the same company.
