Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a contract position in Newville, AL, providing services within a K-12 school setting. This onsite role involves working primarily within one building, with the exception of one at the high school.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments for students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Collaborating with educators and parents to support student progress
- Managing a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working within K-12 school environments
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload efficiently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
