Join CPMG as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead our property maintenance team in keeping everything running efficiently. You’ll manage daily maintenance operations and support staff while ensuring resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the maintenance team and daily work orders
- Perform and oversee general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Ensure units are ready for move-ins
- Maintain property safety and standards
- Manage inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of general repairs
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
