Job Summary:

Are you looking for a hands-on career where you can work outdoors? Spring Green Lawn Care is hiring a Lawn Treatment Technician to apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other lawn care products to keep our clients' lawns healthy and beautiful. No prior experience is required - we offer comprehensive on-the-job training!

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply lawn treatments according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Operate and maintain application equipment (e.g., spreaders, sprayers).
• Measure and mix products accurately.
• Identify basic lawn issues and report them to supervisors.
• Communicate professionally with clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
