Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

• • Prepare and file a wide range of immigration applications and petitions (e.g., family-based, employment-based, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, etc.)
• • Draft legal documents, cover letters, and correspondence for attorney review
• • Communicate with clients to collect information and support documentation
• • Maintain and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• • Track case progress and deadlines, including USCIS and court filings
• • Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and assist with case strategy preparation
• • Oversee and review the work of legal assistants to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks
• • Provide guidance and support to legal assistants on case preparation and procedures
• • Conduct legal and factual research as needed
• • Coordinate with government agencies and follow up on case statuses

Bilingual Immigration Paralegal Qualifications:

• • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal
• • Strong knowledge of immigration processes, forms, and procedures
• • Experience supervising or mentoring legal assistants preferred
• • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
• • Bilingual
