The Role

We’re looking for a Director who’s not just a strategist, but also a doer. In this role, you’ll spend time in the restaurant — leading by example, serving guests, and coaching leaders. At the same time, you’ll oversee big-picture business results, ensuring we’re hitting goals and driving growth.

What You’ll Do

• Be present in the restaurant, serving guests and modeling the standard of hospitality
• Lead, coach, and develop leaders to deliver operational excellence
• Drive restaurant performance through sales, profitability, and smart cost management
• Foster a culture of care, accountability, and growth for every Team Member
• Analyze business results, identify opportunities, and implement improvements
• Partner with the leadership team to align operations with long-term vision

• Hands-on leader who thrives both in operations and in guest service
• Proven experience leading restaurant teams
• Strong business acumen with success in driving sales + profitability
• Passion for developing people and building a strong team culture
• Clear communicator with a balance of empathy and accountability
