Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide telespeech services in a fully remote school setting. The role is based in Tuscaloosa, AL, and operates under a 1099 contract arrangement.
Responsibilities include delivering speech therapy services virtually to students, collaborating with Clinical and Technical teams to support client needs, and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with educational and clinical guidelines.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in school-based speech-language pathology
- Virtual therapy experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teletherapy sessions independently
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and reporting standards
This position allows for a flexible work-from-home schedule while working closely with professional clinical and technical support. The role is a contract-based opportunity ideal for speech-language pathologists seeking to leverage their school-based experience in a telehealth environment.
