Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support the F&B team, manage budgets, streamline processes, and uphold brand standards. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's dining services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, coordinating daily operations, and overseeing budgets and inventory.
• You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager.
• A career as a food and beverage operations manager can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as director of food and beverage, general manager, or even a corporate-level position.

Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

• A combination of education and experience

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Previous restaurant and/or banquet manager experience at a full service hotel and/or convention center
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
