Are you an experienced construction professional with a passion for travel? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Sr. Superintendent-Traveling for our rapidly growing construction company. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in hotel, hospitality, ground-up, high-end, and condominium construction. As a traveling superintendent, you will be at the forefront of our projects, ensuring that our high standards are met across all locations. This role requires an individual who is not only technically proficient but also possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Sr. Superintendent-Traveling, your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Ensuring all construction activities align with project plans and specifications.
3. Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
4. Supervising construction personnel and ensuring they adhere to project schedules and budgets.
5. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and regulations are met.
6. Resolving any on-site issues or disputes that may arise.
7. Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to stakeholders.
8. Traveling to various construction sites as needed.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in hotel, hospitality, ground-up, high-end, and condominium construction.
3. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to travel extensively and adapt to diverse environments.
7. Proficiency in construction software and MS Office.
8. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Valid certification in construction safety and project management will be a plus.
