Remote Booking & Scheduling Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Booking & Scheduling Coordinator to support clients by managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all details are accurately confirmed. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, and communicates clearly and professionally.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing booking requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. If you are detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and enjoy supporting operations behind the scenes, this role offers flexibility and long-term growth potential.
What Youll Do:
- Manage booking requests and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate calendars and confirm availability
- Communicate with clients to gather required details

- Provide friendly, professional communication throughout the process
