We are seeking a motivated P & C Insurance Producer to join our team. This role offers a base salary plus commission, with excellent opportunities for growth in the insurance industry. Candidates must be licensed to sell Property & Casualty insurance in Alabama or Georgia. We provide training support and assistance with license renewal. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment with purchased leads and cross-selling opportunities to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and pursue new client acquisition
- Manage relationships with both new and existing clients
- Cross-sell insurance products to maximize sales potential
- Provide accurate policy quotes and quotes explanations
- Deliver excellent customer support throughout the sales process
- Manage policy renewals to maintain client coverage
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to sell Property & Casualty insurance in Alabama or Georgia
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a commission-based income structure
