Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Mobile, Al
Duration: 6 months (could be longer)
Must-haves:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP Concur or similar travel/expense management systems
Highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, handle confidential information, and serve as a trusted partner in ensuring smooth day-to-day executive operations, including travel and expense management using SAP Concur.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination/events, and travel arrangements, booking conference rooms.
- Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate and support meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
- Assist with event planning, executive communications, and special projects as assigned
