We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Patient Services Representative to join a well established medical supply company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, providing excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced healthcare retail environment.

The right candidate will be comfortable assisting walk-in patients/customers, recommending products based on customer needs, handling insurance verification, answering phones, and supporting daily front office operations.

• Greet and assist incoming customers, patients, and visitors in a professional manner
  
• Help customers select appropriate medical supply products based on needs
  
• Process retail purchases and customer transactions
  
• Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for medical equipment/supplies
  
• Answer incoming calls and assist with product questions or order inquiries
  
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  
• Coordinate with internal staff regarding orders, inventory, and patient needs
  
• Keep front desk and showroom area clean, organized, and welcoming
  
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  

Requirements

• Previous front desk, retail, customer service, or medical office experience preferred
  
• Experience with insurance verification is a plus
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Comfortable speaking with patients/customers in person and by phone
  
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems
  
• Detail-oriented and dependable
