As a Media Associate, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the visual representation of our property listings through expert photography, videography, and drone imagery. Your role combines creative skills with technical expertise to capture and enhance media content that effectively showcases the unique features of each property. You will be responsible for fulfilling client requests, ensuring high-quality standards, and contributing to the overall visual branding of Bayut SA. With a focus on professionalism and creativity, your role aims to enhance the visual appeal of our real estate offerings, creating a positive impact on client engagement and satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the operations team, travel within Khobar for on-site assignments, and potentially beyond Khobar as required, thereby contributing to the success of Bayut SA in the dynamic real estate market of Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will:

Photography and Videography:

• Capture high-quality professional photographs and videos of properties to showcase their features and appeal.
• Fulfil client requests for property photography, videography, and 360-degree virtual tours.
• Ensure that all media content aligns with Bayut SA's visual standards and branding guidelines.

Editing:

• Utilise various editing tools to refine and optimise photographs and videos.

Drone videography:

• Demonstrate proficiency in drone operation to capture stunning aerial views of properties.

Client Interaction:

• Interact with clients to understand their specific media requirements and tailor your services accordingly.
• Provide a professional and customer-centric experience throughout the photography and videography process.

Travel Requirements:

• Be willing to travel within Riyadh to various locations for on-site photography and videography assignments.
• Occasional travel outside Riyadh may be required based on project needs.

Collaboration with Operations:

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of media-related tasks.

• Provide timely updates on project progress and address any operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in professional photography and videography.

• While not mandatory, having prior experience or skills in real estate photography is preferred.

• Proficient in using various editing tools for media enhancement.

• Drone operating licence is preferred.

• Professional Photography and Videography.

• Photo and video editing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess basic editing skills to enhance the visual appeal of captured media.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
