EVENT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for flexible and dependable Event Staff Associates for a company based in Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to earn extra income while working a variety of upcoming events in a fun, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment. These positions are perfect for individuals seeking supplemental income with flexible, as-needed scheduling.

Pay Rate
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on position and event)

Schedule and Hours
Various shifts available based on event schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Event Support Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, décor, and equipment.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet and direct guests as a host/hostess, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the event, including clearing tables and disposing of trash.
• Support event breakdown and cleanup after events conclude.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines during assignments.

Event Support Qualifications and Requirements
• Ability to work flexible, as-needed schedules for various upcoming event dates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
• Must pass a clean drug screen and background check.
• Previous event or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
