Insurance and Billing Coordinator
Our office is looking for an experienced insurance coordinator to join our high paced dental office in Phenix City, AL.
This person will be responsible for:
Posting all insurance check payments, working insurance aging report as well as patient aging report, posting all EFT, VA, Medicaid and Medicare payments, running the end of day/month reports. You must be able to work independently and knowledge with Practice Works is a must.
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
