Key Qualifications:

• Valid Professional Educator Certification
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from a regionally accredited institution
• Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and services for children with disabilities
• Proficiency in pediatric/adolescent development and relevant assessments
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Preferred: ASHA Certification and Alabama licensure (ABSESPA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct SLP services within schools, assigned based on needs and locations
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders

• Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with all regulations
