Compensation:$125,300 - $189,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to schedule showings efficiently, maximizing your time and client satisfaction.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity.
- Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate insights.
- Assist in preparing and organizing property listings to ensure they are presented attractively and accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business.
- Coordinate with other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions and positive client experiences.
- Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring clients feel informed and confident.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, fostering trust and repeat business.
- Familiarity with local market trends and property values to provide accurate insights to clients.
- Skill in organizing and preparing property listings to present them attractively and accurately.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with a team to schedule showings and maximize client satisfaction.
- Experience in coordinating with other real estate professionals to ensure seamless transactions and positive client experiences.
