Receptionist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Greeting visitors, routing incoming phone calls, managing mail, and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain office security and keep the reception area organized.
• Provide a welcoming environment, ensuring seamless daily operations, and delivering top-tier administrative support.
• Greet and direct clients or visitors as soon as they arrive.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and office emails.
• Update calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule client visits.
• Maintain office supplies inventory, stock common areas, and operate standard office equipment.

Receptionist Qualifications:

Experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.

Professional attitude, presentable appearance, and dedicated customer service mindset.
