Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the site. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service while using teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach to create a positive experience for everyone on location.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify security-related concerns and/or facility issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational disruptions according to post instructions.
• Support a clean and professional presence at a food and beverage location by maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting hazards, damaged equipment, and/or unauthorized persons.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
