About the Position

The company seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial and federal construction projects valued up to $50 million. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage project teams, client relationships, and project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial and federal construction projects

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards

• Mentor and guide project engineers and junior staff

• Report regularly on project progress to executive leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management

• Proven track record managing commercial and/or federal projects up to $50 million

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Must live or move to the Huntsville area (relocation assistance available)
