**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel and/or authorities.
+ Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by site procedures.
+ Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment within the financial institution setting.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ Being at least 21 years of age is required.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ A guard card or license is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
