Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

• Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to K12 students in virtual one-on-one and group formats.

• plete prehensive virtual assessments to identify student needs and guide targeted interventions.

• Create, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy goals in pliance with Alabama and federal regulations.

• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support overall student growth.

• Keep detailed and timely records of student sessions, progress, and IEP documentation.

• Attend and actively contribute to virtual IEP and eligibility meetings.

• Use secure, interactive teletherapy platforms to provide engaging and effective therapy sessions.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Alabama SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC-SLP)

• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience preferred

• Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and service delivery

• Excellent munication and problem-solving skills in a collaborative setting

• fortable using virtual therapy tools and technology

• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (especially those fluent in languages such as Spanish)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Desktop or laptop puter (Note: Chromebooks and tablets are not patible)

• Must plete and pass a brief tech screening to ensure platform patibility
