Real Estate Closing Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Coordinator to support residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential and commercial real estate closings.
- Prepare closing packages, issue title policies, and handle post-closing tasks.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties throughout the transaction process.
- Review title commitments and lender instructions for compliance.
- Maintain accurate closing files and transaction records.
- Assist with in-person and mail-away closings.
- Resolve transaction-related issues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Real estate, title, mortgage, or closing experience preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
