Loan Officer

Join a high‑growth mortgage team as a Loan Officer. You'll start in a paid training program, learn from top producers, earn your NMLS license (company‑paid exam once), and step into a production role serving homebuyers. You'll work on‑site with a team that values accuracy, compliance, and a repeatable sales process powered by a CRM and loan‑origination system (LOS).

What You'll Be Doing

Train directly with experienced mortgage bankers and leaders.
Take and make calls to warm leads from multiple sources.
Learn and use our CRM and LOS to track pipelines and submit files.
Explain loan options in plain language and guide clients through next steps.
Participate in sales huddles, coaching, and performance incentives.

Pay, Schedule & Logistics

Base pay during training: $30,576 annualized.
Year‑one total compensation (target): Typically $85,000–$125,000 based on production
Schedule: Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Work setting: On‑site, Scottsdale, AZ (Old Town area).
Licensing: Company pays for the NMLS SAFE licensing exam one time; passing is required to continue in the role.
Target start: May 3, 2026.

Requirements

Must‑Have
Strong phone, written, and in‑person communication.
Coachable, proactive, and organized; comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
Willing to study and pass the NMLS SAFE licensing exam quickly.
On‑site availability in Scottsdale, AZ.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience with high‑volume phone sales or lead follow‑up.
Familiarity with a CRM or loan‑origination system.
Prior financial services or mortgage exposure.
