We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Installer with a minimum of one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean MVR, strong technical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of installers. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish

- Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Mentor and train junior installers, providing guidance and support

- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their needs and concerns

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and promptly

**Qualifications**

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC installer.

- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- EPA certification preferred.
