Qualifications:
Initial phone interview with 2nd onsite interview.
Looking for committed candidates with proven longevity.
They will be lifting and moving heavy paint buckets, stocking shelves with heavy buckets, etc. Please prescreen candidates prior to submittal to confirm physical requirements. Education And /Or Experience:
Level 3: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Language Skills:
Level 3: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence: Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills:
Level 2: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability:
Level 3: Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Completion of the training process
Respirator fit test required - the client will complete fit test onsite once worker is selected. Responsibilities:

Run all required equipment in a safe and efficient manner:
Computer, Equipment, Scales
Should be able to lift 50lbs
Will be mixing paint batches based on production schedule.
Putting away inventory from shipments that are received by customer.
Maintaining cleanliness of Paint Kitchen
Using color camera to validate color match. Looking for reliable candidate, attendance is important! This is a temp position with possibility of extension based on performance.
