Tig Welder
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Tig Welder for a company based in Hartselle, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for creating clean, precise, and durable welds using Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding techniques, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.

Pay Rate
$24.00 or more per hour based on experience.

Schedule and Hours
1st shift Monday through Friday, 6 00 am to 230 pm some days until 4 30 pm.

Tig Welder Duties and Responsibilities
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
• Set up TIG welding equipment including torches and shielding gas.
• Execute quality welds according to WPS (Welding Procedures Specifications) and print requirements.
• Measure, square, and mark components according to drawings using tape measures, squares, levels and laser tools.

Tig Welder Qualifications and Requirements
• Weld test required upon interview.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Must be able to stand 8,10, or 12 hours.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
