This position will be located in **Huntsville, AL** and will support the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. **What You'll Get To Do:** + Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. + Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing testing. + Coordinate integrated testing activities. + Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program. + Perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepares comprehensive system level evaluations. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off._ **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of systems and test experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 10 years of systems and test experience, OR a PhD in a STEM discipline with 8 years of systems and test experience. + Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need + Experience in leading a high-paced product development and test/demonstration team + Demonstrated experience in system development, integration, and test + Experience writing and executing test plans and test procedures. + Experience developing and using concepts of operations and operational scenarios as a basis for test procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience working with CAMEO or similar MBSE management tools + Multi-disciplinary engineering exposure (software, hardware, electrical) and strong ability to communicate cross functionally + Experience developing and executing integrated hardware and software testing. + Experience with systems engineering principles and processes **_\#Sentinelintandtest_** Salary Range: $148,400.00 - $222,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
