About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the strategic planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless coordination between various internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities for the VP of Marketing include overseeing the integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional media, email, and events, managing digital marketing and communications efforts, and developing comprehensive marketing plans to drive revenue, with a specific focus on individual ticket sales. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance fan interaction and grow revenue through digital media, as well as managing and monitoring the marketing budget to maximize ROI. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing role, with a background in a sports team or league. Expertise in brand, fan engagement, and merchandising is essential, as is experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. The role requires a marketing expert who can accelerate the brand, fan engagement, and ticket sales for the company, which is experiencing significant growth both on and off the field. The VP of Marketing will be a key hire for the company, and the position is permanent.
