HEAVY EQUIPMENT SERVICE MANAGER – (Construction Industry)
HUNTSVILLE, AL

Job Description: The Service Manager will oversee all aspects of service operations within a construction company, ensuring client satisfaction, efficient project completion, and high-quality workmanship. You will manage service technicians and subcontractors, schedule repairs and maintenance work, track project progress, and maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily service and maintenance activities.
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation for service calls.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Prepare estimates, track budgets, and report on service performance metrics.
• Lead, train, and support field technicians and administrative staff.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction or building services management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
