Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Manufacturing Environment | Full-Time | M–F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$25–$31 per hour DOE | Full Benefits Package
We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. This position oversees all daily accounting operations and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting operations
General Ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Payroll processing
Cost accounting and inventory support
Contract tracking and financial documentation
Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
Assist with reporting and financial analysis
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a full-charge bookkeeping or similar role
Experience in a manufacturing plant environment strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, GL, AP, AR, and payroll
High School Diploma required
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (2–4 year) preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
