Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role involves working in the Radiology Diagnostics unit, providing critical imaging services including X-rays and trauma radiography during night shifts.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of radiologic experience, preferably within the last 5 years
• At least 1 year of travel experience in similar roles
• Proficient in operating room (OR) procedures and radiographic imaging
• Strong background with Level 1 Trauma cases at large academic medical centers
• Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) mandatory

Role Details:

• Location: Birmingham, AL
• Unit: Radiology Diagnostics, UAB Main
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start dates available: April 27, 2026 (apply by April 15) or May 11, 2026 (apply by April 29)
• Shift: Nights, Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM 7:30 AM with every 4th weekend required
• Work schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week
