Our fast-growing and dynamic IT firm is seeking a skilled Computer Bench Repair Technician for immediate hire. This role is focused on high-volume hardware repairs, specifically for laptop units. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who thrives in a production-oriented environment and possesses a "can-do" attitude toward technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-level hardware diagnostics and repairs on various laptop/Chromebook models.
• Manage a high volume of units daily while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble hardware components efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bench workspace.
• Collaborate with the team to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience with laptop hardware repairs is required.
• Certification: CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing 35–50 lbs .
• Reliability: Consistent attendance for the 7:00 AM start time is essential.

Overtime: Occasional overtime and weekends required based on project needs.
